He is the founder of Herring Homes, where he leads the development and construction of high-quality residential projects grounded in disciplined execution, thoughtful design, and long-term value.
Raised in a family deeply connected to real estate—his father began his career as a Realtor at age 18—Brian brings a unique, market-informed perspective that bridges both development and construction. His expertise spans speculative homebuilding and land development, allowing him to align vision, budgets, and execution with precision.
